Application Process for 2019-2020
BHA-Houston’s admission process and criteria aim at considering each applicant holistically. Our decisions are based on the evaluation of the applicant’s values, character, academics, behavior, self-motivation, and citizenship.
Before filling out our online application, please make sure to read through all of the instructions. We also strongly encourage you to attend one of our admissions events.
Step 1: Apply for Admission using these forms: 

     Online Application:

     - Student Profile Application [Required for each student]
     - Transportation Form [If transportation services are needed]

Note: Registration is not complete until both applications have been submitted (Application for admission & Student Profile Application)

If you wish to complete the paper version of the application, you can download the Application for Admission and School Records Release Form and submit them. 

Step 2: Document Submission:

Provide your child’s current school with the School Records Release form. All documents must be submitted to the Office of Admission via email, fax (972) 675-2063, or by dropping at the front office. Please note:in order to expedite your admission process, submit all documents at once. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

     - Copy of Birth certificate
     - Immunization records
     - 2017-2018 final report card
     - 2018-2019 most current report card/progress report
     - Official transcript (for 9th-12th grade applicants)
     - 2017-2018 State testing results (if applicable)
     - MAP testing results (if applicable)
     - Disciplinary/behavioral report (if none, please state so on school letterhead with signature)
     - Special programs: ESL, 504/Special/Alternative Education file, Gifted and Talented (if applicable)

Step 3: Interview and Admission Testing:

Once all documents have been received by the Office of Admission, you will be contacted to schedule your child’s admission test. At the time of testing, the $100 non-refundable onsite testing fee per applicant and the $1,000 new family enrollment fees are due, which will be applied towards tuition.


Step 4: Review and Decision for Admission:

Admission decisions, for those who meet all the priority deadlines, will be communicated to the parents/guardians via email. 

Step 5: Acceptance Process:
Upon Admission, parents must complete the Enrollment Process to secure your child’s seat. The Office of Admission will include instructions on securing your seat in the Acceptance Letter. In addition, please review the student handbook and sign accordingly.


PARADISE OVERVIEW
Paradise Farms is a 42-acre master planned community in Spring, Texas. Located just minutes away from I-45 and the Grand Parkway, the location is a short drive away from downtown Houston and The Woodlands. The campus promotes a holistic and community-based lifestyle. PARADISE INVESTING
Paradise Farm will be developed as a mixed-use residential and commercial, real estate project on a 42 acre land parcel in Spring, TX in the northwest region of the greater Houston metropolitan area. This land sits at intersection of two major roadways - Gosling Road and FM 2920. It currently contains a recently constructed 57k sf school building on 7 acres. The remaining 35 acres will be developed into pad sites to be sold for residential and commercial uses. Options for future development include retail, commercial, and multi-family or single-family housing. The project requires an initial real estate investment of $14 million. 
PARADISE SCHOOLING
Enroll your children in a first-of-its-kind private Islamic school! The pre-built structure is a sprawling 57,768 structure with 20,000 extra square feet of enclosed courtyards and playgrounds. The campus spans over 7 acres and consists of 25 classrooms and accompanying offices. Included are a fully furnished chemistry lab, art room, computer lab, and library. An enormous cafeteria, industrial kitchen, infirmary, boys and girls locker rooms are also ready to be used. For our faculty, there are multiple faculty work rooms, offices, and conference rooms. All classrooms are fully furnished and equipped.

PARADISE LIVING
Paradise Farms will feature three different housing options for the whole family to enjoy: 

1. Single family homes: Choose from a variety of price points and floor plans. 
2. Condominiums: Choose from studio to 3-bedroom apartments. 
3. Assisted living facility: An apartment-styled residence for our senior citizens. 


Single Family Homes:
Paradise Farm will conceptually reserve 16-20 acres of the land for development of single family homes. There will be an estimated 100-150 finished lots. Homes will feature at a variety of price plans and layouts. 
Condominiums:
1-2 acres will be reserved for low rise condominiums, of approximately 10-15 units. These condos are perfect for young professionals or smaller families! Choose from studio to 3-bedroom apartments. 
Assisted Living:
The Paradise Farms vision includes an assisted living home for our senior citizens. This apartment-styled low-rise building will contain 10-15 units. The building will be within easy walking distance to the mosque/community center and handicap accessible. 
PARADISE MASJID & COMMUNITY CENTER
Masjid:
Invigorate your faith with our central mosque. Easily accessible from all buildings, the mosque will be the focal point of the Paradise Farms community. The mosque is a separate building from the Islamic school. 

Community Center:
The community center part of the mosque will include meeting rooms, conference areas, a main hall, and gymnasium to service the needs of our entire community. Courtyards and walkways create an outdoors communal space as well. 
PARADISE SPORTS
Sports Complex:
Sports facilities, walkable footpaths, and acres of lush green lawn promote active and engaged lifestyles for the whole family. Outdoor soccer fields and basketball courts provide a secure area for active living. An indoor gymnasium provides an air-conditioned option for those opting out of our Houston heat! 
PARADISE COMMERCIAL
Commercial District:
Paradise Farms will include 3 different commercial strips catering specifically to the needs of the community. Outlining the front edge of the community, this retail space will provide an easy and convenient shopping area for Paradise Farms residents.
